The Alior-Kapital was established in 2012 and focuses on financing the small and medium-sized enterprises.
Customers who appreciate flexible and prompt services trust us. We approach to every business project with the utmost care and can help different companies, including those that have worked for a shorter period. In our production range, we offer both secured loans and various guarantee instruments. Our customers and cooperation partners operate in all Baltic countries, as well as in Finland and Poland.
When it comes to guarantee, we promise a guarantee beneficiary to pay the full amount of the guarantee at the first request of the beneficiary. This is only if the obligation guaranteed is not fulfilled. Normally, the beneficiary does not have to prove a breach of the guaranteed obligation. The objective of the guarantee is to provide the beneficiary with a sense of security and offer prompt financial compensation.
We issue domestic guarantees in accordance with Estonian law.
It is very important for vendors to assess the payment risk of their cooperation partners, but we still recommend that you use supplementary payment guarantees that will ensure the seller payment for the goods if a buyer has not fulfilled its obligations by due date.
The amount of the payment guarantee is usually the value of the goods and the validity – a date of the payment, with the addition of overlapping time to submit the claim.
